An AI consultant in London, for businesses putting AI to work.
I'm Frank Vitetta, an AI consultant based in London. I help businesses integrate AI into their workflows through three services. They are an AI audit and strategy, hands-on AI implementation and training for teams. It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call.
AI audit and strategy
I review where time and money go in your day-to-day work. Then I work out which of those tasks AI can take on. I look at the tools you already pay for, the data each task touches and the risks. The result is an AI strategy you can act on.
What you receive
- A written review of the processes we looked at. It says where AI fits and where it does not.
- The risks for each task. That means accuracy, data protection and what happens when the tool is wrong.
- A prioritised roadmap. It says what to do first and what to leave alone.
AI implementation
I integrate AI tools and automations into the workflows and systems you already use, working alongside your team. We start with one process. We get it running and checked, then extend from there. AI workflow automation only earns its keep when people trust the output, so we agree who checks what before anything goes live.
What you receive
- One process working first, built with the people who will run it.
- Written notes on how it works and who checks the output.
- A recommendation on what to automate next.
Training and workshops
Practical sessions so your team uses the tools well and safely. AI training for teams works best on real work, so each session is planned around the tasks your people do. It covers how to check an answer and what should stay out of an AI tool. It also covers how to read a vendor's claims sceptically.
What you receive
- A session planned around your team's own tasks and tools.
- Written guidance your team can keep.
- A set of questions to put to any AI vendor.
How it works
Discovery call
Free and 30 minutes long. You tell me where the time goes and what you have already tried. If I am not the right person, I will say so.
Written proposal
After the call I send a written, fixed-price proposal. It sets out the scope, the timing and what you receive at the end. No work starts until you have agreed it.
Audit and strategy
I review the processes we agreed on and write up where AI fits, the risks and a prioritised roadmap.
Implementation
We put the first item on the roadmap into your existing workflow and test it with the people who will use it.
Training and handover
Your team learns to run and check what has been built, so that the work does not depend on me.
Not every business needs every stage. Some want only the audit, others only training.
Who it suits
This is AI consultancy for businesses that buy and use AI. It is not for businesses that build it. It suits owners, directors and team leads who want AI in their day-to-day work but are not sure where to start. It also suits those who have paid for tools that nobody uses.
It suits people who want AI adoption decided on evidence. That means what a tool can reliably do and what it costs when it gets something wrong. I am based in London and work with businesses in London and across the UK.
What I do not do
I do not train or build custom machine learning models. I help businesses choose, integrate and use existing AI tools. If you need a model built from scratch, I am the wrong hire.
I do not give legal advice. My notes on regulation are a reading of public sources. Anything you intend to rely on should be confirmed by a lawyer.
Why me
I founded LLM Scout. It is a platform that tracks how brands appear in answers from AI models. I also founded Code Scout. It is a free desktop AI coding agent that can run local models. Both are AI products, so I know these tools from building with them.
I have worked in search marketing since 2008. My listed specialisms on LLM Scout are technical SEO, structured data, site architecture and AI readiness.
I also write the notes on this site, each linked to its primary sources. The facts above can be checked on the about page.
A disclosure: I have a commercial interest in tools of the kind LLM Scout and Code Scout are. If a conversation turns to them, I will point out that interest at the time.
Common questions
How much does an AI consultant cost?
I do not publish prices, because the cost depends on the work involved. After the free discovery call I send a written, fixed-price proposal before any work starts.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. The timing is set out in the proposal. Implementation starts with one process, so you can see one thing working before deciding on more.
Which AI tools do you use?
Tools are chosen after the audit, to suit the tasks and the systems you already have. I founded LLM Scout and Code Scout. I disclose that interest whenever a tool of that kind comes up.
What happens to our data?
The enquiry form sends what you type to my inbox through Web3Forms. I use it only to reply to you. The privacy page has the detail. For client work, what I need to see and how it is handled is agreed in the proposal before anything starts.
Do you guarantee results?
No. I do not guarantee outcomes. I can tell you what a tool is likely to do well and what to check before relying on it.
How do I start?
Use the form on this page to request a free 30-minute discovery call. There is no calendar to book. I read every enquiry myself and reply to arrange a time.
Request a free discovery call
The first step is a free 30-minute discovery call. Tell me a little about the business and what you would like AI to help with. I will reply to arrange a time. After the call I send a written, fixed-price proposal. There is no obligation to go further.
